QUICK JAPANESE CURRY
This month is going to be crazy busy! The holidays are upon us! We are going to be running around as we usually do…AND preparing for the holidays. This Quick Japanese Curry is going to save you on time and energy. It is so quick you won’t believe it…so good you won’t believe it… Those of you who have tried this know how delicious it is. This can be a “go-to” meal this month when your day just doesn’t go the way you think it will.
This Golden Curry box can be found in any grocery store. You don’t have to go to an Asian food market. This box is found on the Asian Foods aisle in your local market. Use 2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1-2 carrots (chopped into rounds), 1 potato (diced), and minced onions to taste. You just follow the directions on the side of the box! The only ingredient we change is when it says to add WATER… we prefer to use CHICKEN BROTH. It’s so simple.
You will want to make some rice to go with it. Just use your Rice cooker and it will be done the same time as your curry. 15 minutes. Dinner will be ready!
